Terms Of Ordering

YOUR ACCEPTANCE
You are requested and required to accept these terms of ordering when placing an order online at http://www.butterflyplus.co.uk

YOUR DETAILS
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact, billing and delivery details you supply us are both current and correct as we will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries caused by supplying inaccurate contact details.

REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product that you order from us, simply return the merchandise within 14 days, and we will refund you the cost.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that have been damaged or have had their tag removed.

If you choose to return your garments to us, please address your package using the 'Return Label' that you will find as part of the Delivery Note that was enclosed with your ordered goods. Enclosed with all of our deliveries is a 'Return Form' for you to easily explain why you wish to return your garments. Your feedback helps us to continually improve our level of service.

To obtain a refund please return your purchase(s) enclosing the following:
 * A completed 'Return Form', stating reason why the merchandise is being returned
 * Unworn, unwashed merchandise with tag intact
 * Please use 'Return Label' printed on 'Delivery Note'

INSURANCE
Because we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit, we recommend that you insure the package for the purchase price of the merchandise, before sending it back to us. Your return will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase, this will be done as soon as possible, but please allow 28 days. Please note that the cost of postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is entirely our error.
