How To Order From The Butterfly

Ordering online from The Butterfly couldn't be simpler or safer! We have designed this site to be as simple as possible to use and to give you peace-of-mind when you know that your order will be managed with the utmost care.

Browsing
Click the navigation bar to the left to browse our entire plus size collection online. We'll show you a selection of clothes, so to find out more about the exclusive design, click the photo or the info button below the description.

The garment detail page shows you an enlarged photo of the garment and a smaller material swatch to the right. If you want to see a close-up of the material swatch simply click this image. A fuller description of the garment is displayed along with specific details such as colour, size(s) and materials used.

Not quite what you're after? Click 'something similar' to be shown an alternative garment. If the garment can be purchased as part of an outfit or pair, you'll be shown a link to the co-ordinating garment indicating the saving you can make when you buy both items.

Ordering
Ready to buy? Click the pink Buy button and your chosen garment will be added to your own online shopping basket. Don't worry if you change your mind whilst shopping with us, you can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking the white cart icon. To remove a particular garment from your basket, simply click the pink cross to the right of the garment you no longer wish to purchase.

When you've added all your garments to the basket, click the pink Buy button once again to move into the fully secure online payment section. (You will know that your information will be handled securely by looking for the padlock icon in your browser.)

Payment
We accept payments made with all major Credit Cards. To progress your order we will first ask for your address and contact details (your billing address must be the address your credit card bill is sent to). Once you have confirmed your address details we'll ask you to accept our terms and conditions of ordering and also ask you if you wish to receive the occasional email from the Butterfly. Click the pink Next button to proceed. If you've missed any information you'll be shown this page again.

We'll then confirm with you what you are ordering, calculate how much post and packaging to add and show you the total price of your order. If the details are correct, complete your order by entering your credit card information into the appropriate fields and click the pink Buy button. We validate your card details to protect ourselves against fraud and if your card details pass the validation you will be presented with a screen containing your order number and a summary of your order. We'll also send you an email to the address you have supplied us with to confirm your order.

Delivery
We aim to deliver all our garments within 14 days of ordering and overseas delivery within 28 days. Each order is individually and carefully packed by us by hand.
